Zreyas Technology work in the field of IoT and have developed a complete IoT-based platform for Predictive Maintenance of Machines and Electrical Systems, using single sensor platform, where we have all the seven layers of technology starting from Sensor network, Hardware, Firmware, IoT Middleware, Big Data cloud, Big Data analytics to mobile visualisation and dashboard. Presently, Zreyas Technology is working with the single largest OEM manufacturers of Plastic Machinery in USA, with product offerings in the Indian Market as well. Their products have been accepted and being used by India's top two IT giants. Apart from the IT sectors, our products have also been accepted and appreciated by country's and Asia's top Aluminium and Steel manufacturing companies in manufacturing sector.

Zreyas Technology have sensor-based products which are snapped on the machine units or to electrical power lines and are connected to the cloud server through a wireless network. These sensors continuously hauls the Machine Data which is transmitted to the Middleware and then to the Cloud server. Proprietary software & powerful mathematical algorithms runs 24/7 and sends meaningful data as well as actionable instructions to the Mobile app or web. Any anomalies detected are immediately addressed and alert messages are sent via email / sms so that preventive actions could be taken way before the actual breakdown happens and thereby saves the production downtime. Zreyas Technology is also providing a professional IoT training for corporates, investors, etc. with plans to develop further with associates. As they are mainly an R&D project, they take up customised project which could be incorporated using their technology.
